I am an Ordained Priest and am a lifelong Kitchen Hedge Witch born and raised in the Appalacchian mountains on the edge of the Allegheny forest. Being Ordained I can do any religious services (Hand Fasting, Naming, Baptism, Funeral, Memorial etc) I have a Masters degree in Divinity and Religious Studies and I am 1/2 British and 1/2 Dutch. I have made a life long project of studying ancient healing techniques and am knowledgable in salves, charms and potions. My strengths are spoken spells, charms, healing magic, fire magic, candle magic, and divination. I am also well versed in numerology, runes, cabbala, tea leaf reading and the various uses of Tarot. My particular art is in tablet charms.

My Goddess is Asherah, My God is Yahweh, Thier Daughter is Shekhinah, Thier son is Yeshwah - IHVH - what's Yours?I study religion, healing, charms and spells in all arenas - anything by Scott Cunningham, Hildegard's Medicine, The Egyptian Book of the Dead, Solomon's Grimorire etc. I have a more complete list at the back of my book of the authors I study - but that doesn't even really cover it.

I hate predjudice, bigotry and people that feel the need to make judgement on people they dont even know! I am also not big standardised anything as it only serves to keep people out instead of welcome people in!
Natural witcheries brewed with an authentic flavor. This grimoire is unlike any other I've come across. Full of recipes, spells and practical techniques for living magically. Excellent comprehensive resource. I highly recommend this book.

It's happened to us all at one time or another we see, hear or feel that which sends goose bumps up and down our spine. It could be you just moved into a new residence or you are left alone on the job at night or just when you visit your sister - what can you do? Well if it's your house we first suggest:
*
First Prepare yourself and write this spell on your person in red or black ink so you can not be attacked by it no matter where it hails from (physical, mental, spiritual or emotional).

Next light a candle - white or purple if possible otherwise any 5 day candle will do and first Note which way the smoke is going:
North: It is a physical manifestation
South: It is a Spiritual manifestation
East: It is a manifestation that exists on a mental plane
West: It is a manifestation the exists on an emotional plane
*
Next Check which way the flame is pointing...
North: You will need to Work to get rid of it
South: The Entity can be easily overcome
East: You will only overcome this entity with thought and precision
West: You need more clarity to see where it's coming from - meditate
*
Then see how long your 5 day candle lasts...
Less than five days - the entity comes from an evil source
Five days - the entity comes from a friendly source
*
Now that you have all the information you can decide what to do with your entity. If your entity is benevolent and you decide to keep it you may ask it a question before going to sleep and get your answers before the morning light.
*
If your entity is evil than you should begin by cleaning everything with a wash of holy water (made with holy salt) black pepper and cumin. Begin at the back of the house and out the front door down the steps and out the garden - pay particular attention to underneath things, corners, closets, familiars and electronics. Burn sage and carry it through your house in a small cauldron swinging back and forth telling it that you claim this house as your own and it needs to leave - do so with much authority! and walk from back to front out the door as before. Now stomp you foot and say "there!" and sprinkle holy salt on your way back.
*
Now is a good time to construct a witch's bottle and put one in your closet and one buried by the garden gate. Our favorite one is constructed with a large green Mason jar, rosemary, needles, pins, wine, red and/or black candles. Sing the spell as your construct it then seal with the wax and bury one in your yard and one in your closet.
Witches bottle spell:
Pins and needles, rosemary and wine, in this witches bottle of mine
Needles and pins, wine and rosemary, guard against harm and do not tarry
Wine and rosemary, needles and pins, guard against evil and their jinn's
Rosemary and wine, pins and needles, guard against jealousy and all other evils
Witches bottle red and black, send all evil against me back
Witches bottle black and red, destroy all evil, kill it dead
Witches bottle that I see, destroy all evil - Mote it be!
*
Finally relax in a nice Aura Cleanse bath (nutmeg, pineapple, orange and poppy) and light a new candle and verify that the entity is gone!

My daughter is 8 and her firends are over, which is often the case. I keep a cauldron outside hung on a tripod over a firepit with burnt wood for thier use (with a little red cellophane so it looks like a fire) They also have a few clay pots to play with and brooms, utensils and lots of herbs and edible flowers to pick. I love to watch as they "create" thier brews while singing thier spells and dancing!
Today they were making a contract so they would quit argueing and be fast friends! They put thier little contract in a clay pot with water? and decided that if they argued any further that they would just have to remind each other about the contract. I worked like a charm! It amazes me how much we inwardly just know.
Now they are making a "friendship stew" to celebrate out of all the flowers and herbs they picked and singing Taylor Swift songs! LOL they are so cute and I am so lucky to be able to see little moments like this that I just had to share! Gotta go make them a snack plate and finish feng shui-ing my kitchen - talk to you all later! Brightest Blessings!
A Witch who combines many elements of Traditional Witchcraft and Nature Witchcraft, as well as Shamanism and healing, with a more rural tone to their practise. A hedgewitch studies herbalism, nature, shamanism, healing lore, hearthcraft, nature oriented magick and anything else she may find useful. She will study both magickal and medicinal herbalism. Hedgewitches study and practice their rituals and magick anywhere they may, but prefer to in rural or wild areas. They also tend to live in more rural places. She will have a garden if she can, but prefers to gather plants and magickal materials from the wild. She may know a lot about what grows in the wild, as well as about wildlife and livestock. Her tools will be a mix of different useful items, as well as natural items and shamanic tools. Such as walking sticks and staffs, wands, rattles, a medicine bag, pruning shears, cooking pots, besoms, and the tools of herbalism, such as a mortar and pestual. Her shrine/altar can be placed anywhere in her home, garden or yard, and she may have special places set up in her favorite wild places, or a corner of a farm field. Her patrons will be deities of nature, the wild, and agriculture, healing, the harvest and the Underworld.
